We always recommend at least two fittings at our store after the initial purchase. Each session takes between 45 – 60 minutes.
Yes, once you are happy with the size and fit of garments, we will record your measurements and use them for future orders (unless your body size has changed).
Shirts take anywhere between 2–4 working days to be completed.
No, unfortunately, we don’t accept orders for fabrics that we don’t stock ourselves. In case something went wrong or additional fabric was required, we wouldn’t be able to provide it for our customers.
We can arrange delivery of your completed garments to your address within metropolitan Bangkok at no extra cost.
Yes, we provide a complimentary pick up service for our customers within 10 kilometres of our store in Bangkok. Please get in touch with us to arrange it for you at the time of your appointment.
Made from high-quality fabrics, our shirts can last a long time if you care for them properly. To keep yours look like new, we recommend you to launder and take care of it as follows:
- Undo all buttons
- Remove collar stays
- Wash the shirt inside out
- Wash in the water at a temperature of 30ºC
- Hang-dry
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron while damp
